I mean, it's about the same thing. I think basketball coach at a football school is a pretty good job as it's not insane pressure, but you have good resources.

At that point..he accomplished quite a bit at the college game so the NBA would be worth a shot. Definitely was not for him. He was absolutely fantastic at Michigan and all his stops.

Thought he was going to dominate the Big Ten and win a lot? - Per the usual African American pundits
They literally cannot say anything negative about people that “look like them”. They defended everything he did, or at the very least treated him with kid gloves
Eta: look at how AA pundits are stoking some kind of issue with Mulkey. You could absolutely swap what was said by both Staley and her, and Staley would be praised for being right.
Etax2: just read that an AA media member is claiming that the “white media” put Howard on the hot seat
