So have no content in the podcast? The podcast is the live show. Just like Pat McAfee's for example. The show broadcast live and then is uploaded as a podcast for people that can't/don't want to catch the live stream.

Did they say they accidentally deleted the channel? I figured they accidentally played music or something in the background and got struck down

I love Jordy and listen to it everyday but you have a point.
Jordy is a grinder and has contacts but they are very tailored to the radio format. He needs to not focus so much on making the show a radio show.
You can have guests but do it like a podcast and just talk dont do it like radio guests. and we dont need lead ins and commercial breaks.
Ad reads are fine...pay ya bills, but from a formatting perspective gotta free yourself from the arbitrary confines of "radio"

Again, a lot of bigger podcasts operate in the same way. They have more diverse ads of course, but still do combos of live reads and recorded ads.
As for the "radio" confines. I don't really get that critic. Would you call McAfee's show radio as well? The format is incredibly similar.

I agree with this. And, it happened during the most important phase of the show when he was trying to get people on board listening.
I think she probably majorly impacted his ability to get an audience. He may not be able to recover.

I find myself still listening to 104.5 in the morning, even though I was a big fan of Jordy. It's just a lot easier for me to open the app and listen while doing other things than it is for me to keep YouTube open the entire time. It was a good move on ESPN to bring Hester in with T-bob, as it definitely redeemed the show. Hanny and Ott together again are good as well.

I listened to jordy’s show a few times. It’s ok. He would have been much better off pulling together a plan and executing it than the haphazard way everything was put together with the mikes not working, the camera delaying, phone issues, etc.

He has a website now and I can’t stream it to the TV. No Facebook or YouTube. I bet there are some legal battles with 104.5 going on. Off the Bench it is unless he changes something.
