Brain Hemorrhage and Broken Ribs: Sustained while getting launched high into the air by a rodeo bull named Pecker Wrecker while filming Jackass Forever, leading to a prolonged hospital stay and subsequent depression.
Orbital Blowout Fracture & Dislocated Eye: While filming Action Point, he powdered the bone around his left eye socket; blowing his nose caused his left eyeball to literally pop out of its socket (an issue that repeated when he sneezed days later).
Groin and Internal Injuries
Torn Urethra: Happened during a 2007 motorcycle backflip attempt when the bike landed on him from 40 feet up, forcing him to use a catheter for three and a half years.
Split Crotch: Suffered a severe crotch injury during a high-dive pogo stick stunt in Jackass Number Two.
