Yes I know what you are talking about as I experienced it firsthand when my suburban private school would play basketball games vs inner city teams. Or could you have ever imagined it happening that way?

There is nothing wrong with fighting racial injustice. Good for Joe. He just needs to be consistent in his application.

This is going to confuse a lot of LSU fans

Yep
Their god isn’t 100% in line with their political thinking

Here’s the thing, most of us, especially conservatives like me, would do and feel the same way as Joe. Standing up for your friend ,or even a stranger, who is being called racial slurs or treated poorly because of race is just common decency. In that way, I guess I fight racial injustice everyday too

I mean to tell the truth this silly back and forth about race doesn’t apply to Joe and his generation… they get along fine … it’s us older fools still with the dumb shite…

It doesn't apply to anyone. It is fabricated by the press.
Turn off your computer and tv and get out of your house and you will see people getting along just fine, despite the media doing their dead level best to stir up as much shite as possible.

Burrow vowed to fight against such behavior for the rest of his life.
"He kind of broke down talking about it," Reader said. "He's a guy who stood there and he supported his friend as he should because you know it's not right. As a person it meant a lot to hear how he stood up for him. [Racism] is not something he's not just now learning."

This will end tonight as he slings racial slurs about aaron donald after his attempted murder

Joe is a smart guy he manipulated a whole fan base to send thousands of dollars to his lily white home of Athens Ohio.

Burrow decided to address the team by telling a personal story about the racial injustice a Black teammate experienced during their high school basketball days growing up in Athens, Ohio. During one game, Burrow said, people in the stands yelled racial slurs at the friend. Burrow described feeling shaken and upset during the game, and what it felt like afterward as the two of them sat in the back of the team bus.
What exactly is wrong about fighting this a-hole racist POS behavior?

Nothing is wrong with Burrow standing up for a teammate that had racial slurs thrown at him.
I think most people disagree with the virtual signaling after Saint Floyd died. I don't care if Floyd was white or black . You fight with the police after committing a crime and I have little sympathy for you.

I'd hope he'd stand up for a teammate getting racial slurs yelled at him from fans. This is less a social justice issue and more a don't be an asshat issue. I'm not dumb enough to think there are not racists in this world, and have been involved in some dumbass situations purely because someone said something like that. I will say the media overblows it, much like a lot of things, for clicks.

You’ve never experienced anything like that before? I’m not that old, and I’ve seen it happen..

Sounds like an article where the author is really reaching and trying to make something a much bigger deal than it really was.
I bet he looked just like Herbie fake crying up there.

I don’t buy this.
However, with CRT, the disappearance of #stopAsianhate due to an inconvenient truth, race based quotas etc., it is obvious Joe has some work to do.
