I'm surprised there aren't any people on his team brave enough to stand behind him and simply say, "Hey, Jaxson is allowed to have his own opinion. He doesn't wish for the black man's downfall just because he shook the presidents hand."

It's really simple. I guarantee there are some black men on the Giants who don't think Trump is a KKK member and who might actually support him.

Edit: An example is the Drew Brees debacle back in like 2018. I can't remember what the exact message was (think it was about the anthem kneeling crap), but Malcolm Jenkins and others publicly lambasted him on social media. It basically made Drew out to be Hitler.
It caused a lot of strife within the team. And then Marcus Davenport put a message on social media supporting Drew's decision to have his own opinion. But of course, Drew folded and started wearing BLM stuff all the time.

What a fricking pussified world we live in.

People are furious at a dude for introducing the duly elected President of the United States (which would be an honor regardless of who's president), who had historic numbers of minority voters

Glad to see these men worked through the issues. I’m sure there was a lot of truth to power and raw emotion in the meeting. Let’s hope everyone comes out and does better.

Hahahaa. A majority of that team is young black men. The president is actively trying to disenfranchise them. I think it says a lot that they pay attention enough to get upset. How do you not see that? Oh yeah, cause they have different opinions than you…

Do you people ever go outside and walk around for a little bit, breathe a little fresh air, and come up with an original thought?

I'm no Trumpian, despite voting for him, and don't let politics rot my brain. He's got flaws and I don't agree with some shite he does with spending/economy.

But no one can answer this.

The modern day left believes not allowing segregation is disenfranchisement.

From reading the details of this meeting, it sounds like the main topic was that Abdul Carter should have never tweeted his opinion publicly as it puts Dart and rest of team at an unfair position.

The media including here on OT attempted to frame it in a way that Dart contributed to the situation.

So because of the color of their skin that automatically makes them think and vote a certain way??

Oh, piss off. People are so sick of this crap it’s reaching critical mass. You don’t get to dictate anything to me just because you’re black.

In hindsight, I bet that Drew Brees really regrets his little helmet tape stunt.

Lol. What a load of brainwashed bullshite. This is football, not activism. Dart introduced the President, an entitled, underachieving teammate bitched about it like a pussy and now here you are crying racism. Ya fricking idiot.

I really hope that's the case. It's beyond time to get past this shite where even the slightest notion that you might be a Republican is somehow something you need to apologize for.
