You've never played football in the snow.
You are correct about that. I have played lacrosse in the snow. It’s horrible and destroys the quality of play for both teams.

best team, not the best team in the best conditions.
These are the same thing. Good conditions don’t change the quality of play from the teams’ norms. Bad weather does.

Snow isn't scary.
No, but it would more often just be cold and shitty anyway. It wouldn’t even be a huge advantage for the northern schools. It would just be miserable for those in attendance.

Snow isn't "bad conditions" especially on turf.

It objectively is bad conditions. Footing is bad, passing is difficult, etc.
shite, Georgia would actually be built pretty well for a game in snow.

No they aren't. The best team wouldn't lose to snow.

Cool. Then let's make it happen.

How many cold weather games do these teams actually play in? There might be one per year for each team that might have some type of snow. Night games in November in MS, TN, AL, GA, AR etc. are just as cold or colder than day games for Big 10 teams during that time which is what most play. I’ve sat through cold temps(30’s-low 40’s) many times watching SEC football at night in November. The only southern teams weather might affect would be the Florida teams.

This makes no sense kinda like your math

It absolutely helps the chances of an upset when conditions suck. There are more opportunities for fumbles, picks, etc., increasing the likelihood of a few bounces going a worse team’s way.
It’s no different in a torrential downpour.
ETA: this is only referring to a game in the snow.

Nonsense. Both teams have to play in the same conditions.

Football is an outdoor sport. It's a shame we build domes.

This is why I said your math is crazy

Correct. Both of them will have a more difficult time keeping their footing, holding onto the ball, and throwing the ball accurately.
