Is Nikita Mazepin the most unitedly disliked person within their own sport

Usually fans may hate someone or give them the benefit of the doubt. Or players make stick up for a dude whose being dogged.
Among fans, media, and other drivers, and even on the official F1 broadcast, everyone openly talks about how they hope he fails horribly. I’ve never seen people so universally blatant with their disdain over wanting him removed from the sport.

How many people on this board do you think know who this is or know why this person is disliked?

I’d say at least 100 know who he is on this board. Maybe more.

Well F1 is unique in that you can get into the big leagues with zero qualifications, right?
Or at least it’s unique that people actually make it to the big leagues with zero qualifications.
There’s nothing in the rules that prevents Marcus Jordan from being in the NBA, but he didn’t even play in the G League.
This would be like if Marcus Jordan played 34 minutes a game for Charlotte while shooting 8 percent from the field, averaging 2.5 points and 7 turnovers, calling out LaMelo Ball for not being as good as him, and getting into trouble off the court.
I can see why he would be universally reviled.

Well not only is he a pay-driver in every sense of the word, but he’s not even remotely good enough to justify existing in F1 in any capacity. Not only is he a bad driver, but he’s completely incompetent and has already violated on-track etiquette in every single way…
On Sunday He finished something like 40 seconds behind Schumacher… and you know that because of daddy’s money, his car is going to be the one with the most updated aero bits.
To top it all off, h’s just not a good person at all.
So yeah, I can see why everyone hates him and wants him out of F1

He’s the ultimate example of the rich kid douche

Everyone from drivers, to broadcasters to even Mario Andretti are shitting on him.
It's pretty sad but funny and unfortunately not untrue.
He just doesn't belong in F1.

He’s pretty disliked.... Off the top of my head, can’t think of anyone else.

His dad paid a lot of money for him to be the worst driver on the worst team.

You can’t get in with zero qualifications. You do have to have a super license. Also supposedly he was mid pack in F2. But yeah. Mid pack F2 is not even close to deserving of a seat.
One thing I remember hearing he did that wasn’t as immoral as some of the other things he did but still douchey is he paid Mercedes a ton of money when he was in F2 or F3 to drive their F1 car out on a joy ride around the track.

No. You have to have a Super License which is not easy to get. He lost a point off of his license last weekend for failing to yield under a blue flag.

I am imagining a hot skanky, female UFC fighter that has no filter and trash talks everyone.
I imagine I’ll be sorely disappointed with who this actually is.

At first when the controversy surrounding him started, I thought the Twitter cucks were clutching their pearls and being way to virtuous and all.
But then after seeing how awful he is @ his sport, I don’t feel bad for him at all anymore. He’s a big time Douche. I feel bad for HAAS social media team, having to work with that zero personality loser.
For those who don’t know, F1 has a rule, if you’re not within 107% of the pole sitter’s qualifying time, you’re not allowed to race, probably the most embarrassing thing that can happen to a F1 driver, and he’s qualified dead last so far around 105%, so he’s that slow and bad at his job. If he doesn’t crash, I don’t see him qualifying for Monaco with the skill needed @ that track with how narrow it is.

F1 fans are just trolling F1 now... I think this was the second race in a row they voted him driver of the day and forced F1 to override the vote.
