Warner is borderline top 10 QB... and definitely rightfully so has his HOF nod already. What a great story for a genuinely great person!

Their defense was never top 5, they got up on teams so quickly, that teams got stuck trying to throw to get back in games, and when a defense knows u ain't running, they tee off on the qb.
Their defense was grossly overrated by stat lines, because of how quick they would go up on teams.
They would score 21-30ish by half. Teams couldn't run, they had to chuck it, and many didn't have a qb who could keep up.
They had some good players in defense. But they were not a top 5 defense. Their offense was their defense.
Kurt is a top 25ish. Not top10, didn't play long enough and stay healthy

I don’t consider Lamar rated up with Rodgers yet. But Rodgers is unanimously considered better than Brees by the media because of MVPs. Rodgers had much more advantages than Brees and only got sucked on by the media. Brees had home field twice and had to get screwed out of the Super Bowl the 2nd time. Rodgers had way better physical traits and career defenses. Brees was just better to me if all both had equal circumstances. Yet the media would laugh.

2011 saints team was their best one and I'll fight anyone about this. Roman Harper shite the bed that day against the niners. They win that game they go all the way. And then of course the no call. I'm convinced Brees and co win both games and he retires a top 5 QB all time
Warner is a great story no doubt. He had to execute. And the Patriots played dirty as hell in the super bowl or he would have another ring.
As for goat? Tom Brady blew his knee out in the first game and his team went 11-5 that season. Manning gets hurt and they got to draft Andrew luck.

Top 10 all time? Probably not just because of his career inconsistency. For an elite QB he had a pretty wild swing in performance over the years. Top 25? sure.
Some folks claim that he shouldn't be in the HOF, but with accolades like this, you simply can't leave him out because the bar for entry would be set too insanely high for any QB that follows. There are several HOF QBs without a single MVP.
The years that Warner was on he was as good as it gets for a pocket passer.

You are absolutely correct about Warner>Rodgers.
Rodgers is overrated. Given his talent he should have been a generational quarterback. He is not even equal to Namath. Marino was so much better too.
