I’m going to guess that he’s not and he’s going to go hard after Belichick like a fricking idiot.

Jerry could hire prime Bill Billicheck and sign prime Tom Brady and he’d have exactly as many Super Bowls wins since 1996 has he does now. Until Jerry realizes he’s the problem nothing is going to change. It’s just easier to keep hiring “Yes” men.

no, any head coach who has a future wants some personnel powers.

you dont want jerrah drafting for your future as a head coach.

but if your a old, last years head coach, you dont mind. BB is the perfect candidate for jerrah.

Jerry and Steve thought Zeke was still an NFL starting RB.

No. Jerry and Stave not smart enough to fix the Cowboys.

They're just going to hire whoever kisses their asses best in interviews.

Johnson can get a big bag of cash and control from another team

If Jerry fires McCarthy it’ll be for like a Kellen Moore or Tony Romo or something like that

Someone who will bend the knee

They have actually drafted really well over the last 5 years.

Bland, Beebe, williams, Guyton, Tyler Smith, Jake Ferguson, jalen tolbert

What coach good coach wants to work for JJ .He is to controlling makes
all the draft picks and thinks he knows what he is doing. The fact that 30
years ago he fired the guy that built his SB teams because of his ego
could`t handle not getting the credit, shows the guy is a narcissistic clown
when it comes to his football team.

Nobody is going to Dallas to have Jerry watch over the team 24/7. Plus Dak is getting older and worser

No idea why he would pick them and Jerry’s bullshite. Just like no way he’d pick the saints and their situation. For a dude who grew up in the Carolinas with a young family I could see him picking a more chill place with some talent on the roster like Jville or something like that.

EVERYONE is going to pay this dude so I think it’s going to come down to quality of life for him and his young family.

Jerry would eat a young coach like that up.

Jerry forces staff onto new head coaches and existing. Except for Jimmy and early with Parcells It’s never the head coach’s show. Players and staff know they can go around the head coach to Jerry. The press knows to go thru Jerry for most things.

Jerry has to hire another Jimmy Johnson or a younger Bill Parcels who has full authority to bring in his own coaching staff, control over player roster outside of getting approval on cap hits and how much to pay free agents, and depending on experience has final say on draft picks.

This will not happen. Jerry has been trying to prove for 30 years that he was the biggest reason for the 3 super bowls.
