Unless he starts dating a 22 year old and the UNC job is open, I doubt he takes over a new program at that age.

You can boil his brief NFL success down to loaded rosters and defensive staffs while his side of the ball starts mid and gets worse over time. Then the cumulative effect of rah rah and autistic rhetoric from someone players respect less and less destroys what’s left of the locker room
You don’t hire either of them to be NFL head coaches but there’s room for McDaniel as an assistant. Harbaugh has no standalone value
