Yeah, didn’t understand it at all. They’ll have 10 days when they land in LA on Friday afternoon until they have to play the mediocre Giants on Monday night at home. Felt like they basically just conceded a game to a division rival. Very strange.

Only really an issue if they lose more…

The 49ers are a very good team and actually looked healthy last night which has been the biggest issue. The rams not scoring on the 1yd line derailed their game. Not sure I would make any huge implications based off last night both teams will be in the mix.

Schrager is the Russini for the Rams but with an even closer relationship.

Last year the 49ers beat Seattle in Seattle week one, then won the Super Bowl.

Seattle (60:1 super bowl odds at the time) was right there at the end with a chance for a go ahead score until Bosa pushed the RT into Darnold to cause a fumble. In other words, the Seahawks were in it until the end.

The Rams weren't in this game. I'm not counting them out. They are a talented, veteran roster with good coaching, but the hands down super bowl favorite should have played better than this.

They were in it deep into the 3rd quarter. If they score on 4th and goal from the 1 then its a 3 point game going into the 4th. But they couldn't punch it in, and then a fumble on their next possession ended any chances of a comeback. The 9ers were the better team obviously, but it wasn't some kind of beatdown.
