Elite offensive team or a elite defensive team
In college, give me elite QB play all day.

No idea on numbers. But, I'd guess 75-80% of the threads are started by alters to drive clicks.

The entire LSU fanbase appears to have done a 180 degree turn on it in the past few days.
That doesn't seem fair. Most of the LSU fans I know are blissfully unaware they still have a basketball program.

If they keep spending at the clip they're going, Texas Tech is going to be the fastest riser on this list.

Big players at all schools have major NIL deals outside of crowdfunding collectives.
Sure. It's just that people think Texas' football spending is way above and beyond the rest of the SEC. And, it's not. Now, we do spend more than most on non-revenue sports.

That's right, landmass, even our walk ons get lambos.
I'd expect no less on here. But, the truth's way less exotic as Texas relies very heavily on individual Name, Image & Likeness deals instead of collective bankrolling.

Bijan's who Austin Lambo actually allowed to use their cars. Ewers had deals with 7-Eleven, HEYDUDE and C4. Sam Hurley (track) with Ralph Lauren, DoorDash and GNC. Xavier Worthy with American Airlines, Sonic and Fortnite. Kelvin Banks with Bose. Arch with Google Gemini, EA and Vuori.

Yeah yall 2027 schedule is wild
You gotta think the playoffs are expanding next season. Otherwise, don't know why we'd keep Michigan with that SEC slate.

I don't understand. Are you an Auburn fan trying to talk shite about LSU's football program right now? Help me understand!
Man, Freeze really screwed up Auburn fans. Even their trash talking has to be explained now.

Those poor children...
It's stupid and nothing more than a money grab. The last few years were already chalk enough. This will further erode what made Madness fun.

Gotta love it when the UTrans fans are still whining about not making the playoffs last year and blaming it on a loss in an OOC game.
You can't deny the direct correlation between that decision and the tidal wave of cancellations that've taken place since. So, yeah, I'm whining. But, I'm whining about losing yet another Saturday of real CFB in the fall.

Texas likely makes the playoffs last year if they wax a tomato can in the opener instead of losing to ohio state.
Yep, all these marquee OOC matchups were scheduled because SOS was supposed to be a deciding factor. Once the committee moved the goal posts this year, the cancellation dominoes inevitably fell.

And, once again, what the average CFB fan wants is treated as irrelevant.

The problem is bowl attendance is dying.
Attendance died for a reason. They're basically glorified scrimmages.

ETA: I'm not in favor of taking another regular season game off of campuses.
CFB fans are just now figuring out that they fund the NFL’s G-league.

Yeah, never.

Given my druthers, I'm running a 4-2-5 with an uber athletic safety that can play the run but also drop into coverage and cover the slot or TE's...
To clarify, my ideal is a 3-3-5. Again, only if you have a true nose though.

Best football roster (on paper) in SEC this season?
I don't care about that. What I do care about is who has the most depth in the trenches. And, sadly, SEC programs are losing ground here.
