This. I'll bet the beat USC, lose a close one to Clemson and finish the season with 4 losses. If LSU collapses after Bama like we always do and drop one of Arkansas or Texas A&M then ND will finish the season ranked above us.

Weird team.
Lose to Ohio State and Marshall, then rattle off a 3-game win streak against Cal, UNC, and BYU.
Lose to Stanford, and then go beat Syracuse.
They'll probably beat Clemson and then lose to Navy and BC, only to finish the year by beating USC.

Notre Dame sells itself, and that luegnbill guy pushes recruits to Notre. At one of the events, he promised kids another star. Or push them higher in rankings.
