Dude who threw the sucker punch has little man syndrome. Granted the guy was probably chirping him, but you never just sucker punch a dude. The guy has been charged with 2 assault charges, a harassment charge, and disturbing the peace charge. What a POS, and frick New York too.

I remember back in 1991 I was at a bar watching the Nebraska-Oklahoma game. I'm a diehard Nebraska fan and there was an OU fan there. The Sooners scored an early TD and the guy jumped up in front of the TV and was pointing at me, yelling and gloating and laughing. I told the guy to stop. A few minutes later, Oklahoma scored another TD and he did the same thing, jumping up in front of the screen, pointing at me and "WOOHOO"ing and laughing. I told him, "Bro, stop. I'm not going to tell you again." Sure enough, on Nebraska's next drive something negative happened with the Huskers and he did it again. I walked over and smacked him hard across the face. He turned bright red and looked up at me and I said, "What are you looking at?" and whacked him again. The dude started crying (yes - crying) and ran out of the bar.
For the record, Nebraska came back and won the game, 19-14.

He wasn't just trash-talking, he was gloating, and purposely trying to rile me. I gave him fair warning. If he hadn't done, what I told him repeatedly not to do, he wouldn't have been sent home in tears.
