Winston Cup paid $225 for Big Baller sandals.

There's some ammo for you.

The Titan illegal forward pass on that kickoff put them in the Superbowl.

A home game for each team

You decide the Champion by who scores the most runs combined over those two games

Interesting.

So what happens if the score is 3-0 after regulation in the first. And 3-0 the other way the next game after regulation? I’m guessing the point is to eliminate home field advantage so who gets it for OT? Do they make another trip back?

Also, lol at the the response in the twitter thread that the goal was “classless”

you decide the champion in a single game like the Super Bowl

This was like if the conference championship was played over 2 legs

extra time (overtime). then if it was tied after two 15 minute overtime periods then it goes to penalties.

But whats the point in playing at both places if you’re going to give somebody home field in OT?

I do know enough about to soccer to know how their OT works.

I guess that's why you want to host the second leg. There really isn't a better solution

and it's not very common. so normally not an issue. All Barca had to do was score just 1 away goal and it's over. Liverpool would have needed to score 5.

Yes. The Annexation of Puerto Rico saved Rick Moranis's gas station.

Yeah it was little kids. And it was a fictional movie. But it wasn't fricking soccer. In fricking Europe.

I do understand though. It is unfair in terms of expected goals to have a 90 minute guaranteed game at one place and a game that can go 120 at the other. Maybe a tied series after 90 in the second leg can go straight to penalties?

Extra time only makes sense when it's a one game scenario

Away goals are the tie breaker. So, if two teams are tied after 2 games, whoever scored more away goals actually wins. If that is even, the got into extra time. In extra time, the away team goals essentially count for 2 because of the away goal tiebreaker. So, you don't have home field advantage, but your goals are even more backbreaking.

Also, if you want to see non-soccer MSB posters' heads really explode. Find a highlight where a team is losing by multiple goals, scores just one goal, then celebrates like crazy because that one goal sealed it.

Little Giants came out in '94. The Cowboys won the Super Bowl in 96 and haven't been back. The Giants have 3 appearances and two titles since then

well there is an away goal rule that makes you defend your home field.
