Sabres power plays are atrocious

I count down the 2 minutes as quickly as possible because we aren’t scoring during it

As a long suffering Kings fan I at least hope they win 2 games in the 1st round before exiting. And seeing Kopitar's last games before he retires will ease the pain a bit.

Stanley Cup preview tonight?:

Dallas Stars v. Buffalo Sabres

Both are locked into their playoff seeding, so neither has anything on the line, but it is odd to end the regular season against a team from another conference.

I’m more confident on them scoring a shortie on a kill attempt than I am on them getting one in with numbers, it’s so bizarre, especially considering how well they score with even numbers

You’ll quickly be a fan of #72 Tage Thompson. He’s a beast

Hope we get some game 7's that go into OT. Doesn't get much better than that when it comes to watching sports.

While I agree with your statement, the drawback is that it usually means you are trying to stay awake past 11 CDT to watch it.

I'm a big fan of Kucherov. He's silky smooth on the ice.

Are you a saints fan by chance? Buffalo’s fanbase is a lot like the saints fanbase. When I started following hockey, and was deciding on a team to follow, I landed there, and the longer I was there I started to see the parallels and I knew I made the right choice

I'm a huge Islander fan but since we are out I am with the Sabre's

Also Anaheim, Columbus and a little bit Carolina.

I've been a lifelong hockey fan but have infrequently followed the regular season this year. With playoffs starting up this weekend, it's bringing me back in. Best playoffs in sports.

Montreal-Tampa

Minnesota-Dallas

Philly-Pitt

All great choices. If I had to rank the series I would like to attend from first to last it would be:
1- PHI/PIT
2- MON/TB
3- MN/DAL

I think this might be the best Stanley Cup playoffs we've seen in years.

The East is a toss up. No idea who is going to come out if that side. The West has the Avs, but anything can happen there. Min/Dal is going to be a bloodbath. Oilers could be primed to make a run. Vegas is always tough.

This is going to be a fun, wild ride.
