Drew Bree's out millions on jewelry
Looks like Breesus will need to do another 50 commercials to help with that cash flow issue. Didn't search in advance for this article. Don't care.

Brees claims he's been buying jewelry from Moradi for years -- and has dropped roughly $15 MILLION on some insane pieces ... including watches, earrings and rings.
Problem is ... Brees claims he recently had his jewelry independently appraised and was told his collection is worth $9 MILLION less than he paid.
In his suit filed Monday ... Brees says Moradi had insisted his jewelry was a solid investment that would definitely go up in value over the years -- and feels he was lied to the entire time.

Pretty bad look for Brees. Spending all your money on jewelery is 2000's NBA shite.

Why people would ever spend millions on jewelry is beyond me?
I'm not a millionare so I will never know.

Drew Brees aggressively purchased multi-million dollar pieces of jewelry. Years later, claiming to suffer ‘cash flow problems,’ he tried to bully my client into undoing the transactions."

Tom Brady would never be duped like this.

I don't think it's about the lack of appreciation, counselor.

Love him, but he's retarded here.

Idiot. Diamonds are basically worthless. Go try to get even 1/2 of the value of a diamond engagement ring you may have purchased in the last 5 years. You won’t.

What kind of moron thinks gaudy, custom made jewelry is a wise investment?
Posted on 4/3/18 at 3:04 pm to Indfanfromcol
If he spent $8 million dollars on a ring, Brees is a dumbass and deserves the loss.

This is true. My buddy just got divorced and his wife agreed to give him the ring back because she cheated and they'd only been married a year. I wanna say he got just a hair over 50% of what he paid. However, insurance companies, at least mine (USAA), will give you full market value. My wife's rings are fully insured for what I paid for them. But yeah, it's simple economics. A jeweler is in the business of making money. They're not going to give you full price for your diamond when they're trying to make a profit when they sell it to someone else.
