Does this 1 Loss Team get Playoffs: 3 Point W v Nicholls, 5 Point W v ULM, Only L @ Texas

Like they do during March Madness Resume Season, do you think this 1-Loss FBS Team (without naming) deserves a Playoff Chance with this supporting evidence:
Notable Wins:
27-24 over Nicholls State (QB Lindsey Scott is verified on Twitter)
21- 16 over ULM (4-8)
20-18 over South Alabama (5-7)
Only Loss:
38-18 @ Texas (Blue Chip Program)
No bias with team names, please tell me if this team deserves in before any 2-Loss Teams?

Why is this even a discussion? ULL has had a good season. No, they aren't a playoff team, and I don't know anyone that thinks they are.
