Yes. The Netherlands are not that good.

Absolutely. If you would've told the average USMNT fan two weeks ago we'd be facing the Dutch in the knockout round they would've taken that deal all day long.

Yes.

The Dutch have an up-and-down roster and a system that isn't too offensive. We have been very good defensively.

England is better than NED and we out-played England.

Are we favorites? No, but we can certainly win. NED isn't Spain.

Dutch aren't close to where they were a decade ago. If we play well we have a real chance.

If we put shots on target and play aggressively as we did for most of the last two matches, absolutely. The Dutch aren’t as good as England as others have mentioned.

But if we come out flat and make mistakes they can very easily kick our arse.

I'm not going to act like I'm the biggest soccer fan in the world, only gotten into it as of late but logically what you're saying makes sense, however, I don't really think we've been great in attack either and I know they have Virgil, the best defender in the world which raises some concerns. We're gonna have to capitalize when we get the opportunities

Yes, because Tyler Adams will not let us lose.

They have a big time defenders but no real great goal scorer. I could absolutely see us winning in penalty kicks.

We haven’t scored, but we’ve made good use of the ball and put defenses under pressure pretty consistently until the end of games where we went very defensive.
I think goals are coming for the U.S., and I could see the Dutch being frustrated by how we play defense and dominate the midfield.

2-1 US

You can't tie in the knockout round.
