Who cares about ratings when MLB certainly does not? It's damn near impossible to find regular season games on traditional tv outlets.
I'm all for the small market teams winning one every now and then.

Are people surprised that this Dodgers team won't be in the WS this season?
I fully expected either the Braves or the Brewers to send them home, and I have expected this since early September.
Dodgers were lucky to beat the Braves.

I thought this series would be superb baseball, going sevn games. I was so wrong. What a disappointment.

Well they have 4 guys who would be aces on any playoff team, a plethora of big bullpen arms and 7 or 8 highly paid position players who would bat 3rd in any playoff team's lineup. There is zero excuse for Roberts to not win the WS with this collection of players. They spend a ridiculous amount more than any other club on player salaries.
This is an indictment of Roberts more than anything. Series isn't over yet and if any team is capable of coming back from 0-3 down its these guys.
