He's clearly not getting that deal from anybody else either.
Somebody tell Scott that when you walk away from an offer and then have come back to the table because nobody else is biting, the offer doesn't improve.

Boras is a clown. But if Bregman wanted to be in Houston, a deal would be done by now. He’s clearly not getting more competitive offers from anyone else

I can't think of a single scenario where that makes sense? Trade Paredes? But he only makes $6.5 mil next year. I don't get it.

No part of a Bregman deal would make sense at this point, even at a discount from his original offer, unless we flipped someone that resulted in an MLB ready OF
