I do love that we got Great Value Correa and then went ahead and got the real thing too.

I don’t know how much it would cost but if it’s cheap take a flier on Pressly and if it doesn’t work cut him. If we took a chance on Neris this seems like a better chance.

Oh no doubt and full credit to him. But I think it’s obvious the days of Ludlow calling all the shots are done.

Yeah but it’s been that way for a while, for better or worse. And Luhnow was on Chandler’s pod a few weeks ago and heavily insinuated that Crane pulled the trigger on the Greinke trade, not the front office.

He definitely doesn’t trust Dana (or Click) like he did Luhnow, and they’ve made some shite deals that I think are mostly on Bagwell’s hands. But overall I’d rather have an owner who cares about winning and meddles too much than one who only cares about the bottom line

At present, I guess split is most beneficial?

Is anyone else watching this Reds game or am I the only sicko? This is one of the craziest games I’ve ever watched

I saw a highlight of Hayes first homer and was like sick for him wow Braves scored 7 in an inning.

Finished watching a Harry Potter movie and turned on MLB app to watch Mariners and was shocked it was tied

Sat down with my son and caught the bottom of the eighth in progress. Wild scene. We just realized the Braves had scored 8 in the top half prior to the Reds tying it.

ETA: And for the true sickos, Over the Top is on TruTV.

8 straight runs with no outs. Bananas after giving up 8 in the top half

Lincoln Hawk kinda sounds like an A ball outfielder that ends up being the player to be named later.

Lincoln Hawk just got beat and has his arm wrapped. Robert Loggia is really giving him the business, not sure how it’ll turn out. Hoping Kenny Loggins will pull us through.

Many of the hits against Pressly are homers!

Appears that Crane has pretty much gone all in for another WS.

It’s been said but all three players acquired are under contract past this year. I feel like most all our deadline acquisitions the last few years have been rentals

Verlander had 2+ years left and Greinke had 1+ left.

Those stand out as being more than rentals.
