Do I enjoy World Series Astros no hitters?

I believe. JV is due for an epic performance to get the monkey off his back. Team will be fired up especially if JV is dealing.

I sure hope JV absoltuely laid the wood to Kate last night. Slump buster of all time.

Anyways I think he only gets 2 trips max through the lineup, unless he is historically dealing. He's old and I don't think he can last that long this late in the season. He's going to run out of gas and need to get him out before he does.

Time for JV to get a no decision and the Astros to get a W.

Verlander bounced back after his first playoff game and did well in his second outing.

I expect he bounces back tonight as well.

Also, we really don’t give enough credit to baseball players. That last ground ball to Bregman was not the easiest ball to field. It took a pretty hard hop, but he made it look routine.

Unfortunately this isn't something the viewing public can see unless you have a trained eye for it.

I hear they are renaming the Philly field. They are calling it the library after last night's game. LFG JV.

Diaz and Mancini are black holes.

At this point, I would DH Yordan, move Chas to LF, and put Dubon in CF.

Dubon can't be any worse than what the other bums have been doing... right?

At the least he generally makes contact which can't be said for the other two. I said last night I'm on board with Dubon for JVs sake. JV is going to allow some fly balls, may as well put the best outfield defense behind him to try to go get them. Not like we're sacrificing any offense at this point.

Runner on 3rd, less than 2 outs who would you rather see? Dubon or Mancini/Diaz? I've got zero faith in those two to avoid a strikeout.

Yup. Astros win the next two and y’all get another couple years of Dusty. Unless he retires.

If the Astros win the series, I can tolerate Dusty a bit longer.

I said that about his AB. Everyone is talking about the pitching and rightfully so. Bregs took an 0-2, 101 mph fastball and lined into the corner for a two run double. huge hit.
