Thanks to a Framber'ing to remember the good guys are one win away from the World Series.
I don't really trust it, but by all accounts Garcia's "knee"/mechanics issues have been ironed out over the last five days. Hopefully he is able to give his team some length and hand the ball over a rested bullpen.
Offense gotta keep applying the pressure and passing the baton.

It can’t possibly go as bad as the last Eovaldi/Garcia matchup..statistically impossible. I’m thinking we will actually get a competitive baseball game this time…will be close to the late innings.

Garcia has basically gotten double normal rest for this start. My biggest concern for him going into the playoffs is that he was in uncharted waters as far as workload. Maybe some extra time off, along with a mechanical adjustment will be what the doctor ordered. Sisu.

They showed him in the dugout during Game 1 in the dugout. He continuously had his head down, not engaged
He hopefully got broken in with that bad start, and shows up ready to give 4 innings, one time thru the lineup with a run or less given up

Yeah I think his mechanics have broken down as his body has hit a wall so deep in the year. I kind of feel bad for him because he was so good this year and these starts don’t reflect how good he was in the regular season (and he just doesn’t look like the same pitcher)
Hopefully they figured something out. If he can get us through 4 or so with a lead or in striking distance I feel good. I am confident we can score on the Boston bullpen once we get to it
