MLB replay is so so bad. We all complain a lot about replay in other sports, but it truly is trash in MLB and needs to be overhauled.

I said the same thing. AJ would have had to inform joe west right then and there and I’m sure we would have heard about it. To me the rule should only apply to fans reaching down below the wall or out over the wall on balls coming down in the field of play. Not balls that are clearly heading into the stands that far above the wall.

If you pause it at 2 seconds, fans are reaching out possibly over the wall and Betts body is still a couple of feet from the wall. It's close. That isn't definitive at all.

I think he makes the catch, but Betts arm is clearly over the wall, which seems to be the actual issue.
