re: If we dump Solo or Moore... - CQQ
If you have AD-Jrue-Zion locked in, you will get the rotation players. Don't be in a rush to trade your star for a bunch of them
This is my thought as well. I don't give a damn that he requested out. Things changed. We have a revamped FO, medical stuff, hit the lottery, etc. As awk...

re: Real Estate Advice - Re-approaching seller after offer declined - CQQ
I guess my assumption is most people would need to sell their current house before buying a $400,000 house. If our offer was accepted, our plan was to list our house and not accept contingency offers but it's a $250,000 house so maybe more feasible. Basically I was asking him to do what I'm n...

re: Real Estate Advice - Re-approaching seller after offer declined - CQQ
I guess just the amount of work to organize, clean, stage, market, etc. all while knowing they won't accept an offer unless our house is under contract. We're not going under contract on our current house unless we were to buy this house. If the offer would have been accepted, our home would've ...

That was kind of my thought. Get your full ask in hand with an opportunity to continue marketing it for 60 days in an effort to get above ask. 3 downvotes?...

re: Real Estate Advice - Re-approaching seller after offer declined - CQQ
It's not on the market because we have a good house, planned on waiting another year or two before upgrading to the 'forever' house but this one came on the market and made us consider moving that time frame up due to size, yard, schools, etc. Not saying I'm desperate to get this house at all costs ...

Real Estate Advice - Re-approaching seller after offer declined - CQQ
Back story - We looked at a house three times before deciding to put an offer in. We need to sale our house in order to buy it. Our house is in the same school districts as theirs, good part of town, should sell quickly etc. So our agent texted their agent asking if an offer with a contingency wo...

Can you give a brief rundown on Sonos works? Can I place one outside? Do they require TV's to be 'Smart TV's'?...

re: New Construction - Surround Sound - CQQ
Balls, It sounds like you have a setup similar to what I would be looking for. Can you tell me what receiver you went with? I would want it configured where I can watch separate shows in the 2 zones (living room/back patio). Will the type of cables I get the electrician to run be based on the...

New Construction - Surround Sound - CQQ
Looking for ideas on doing a simple surround sound system in the living room of new construction. Looked at a house recently that had 2 built in speakers by the TV and I believe 2 in the ceiling. It also had 2 speakers on the back porch. Where do I start? Is there a good speaker/receiver co...

New Construction Question - Running Cat 6 - CQQ
I've seen a good bit of discussion on this in the past but wanted a few simple questions answered for the non-tech savvy. 1. What is the main purpose? To get devices off of the wireless router? 2. How exactly does the relationship between the Cat 6 match up with the internet provider? Not sure...
