This was me but I can't stand people with their hats turned backwards now. It's at least 50% of guys with hats. They look like d-bags. Kids I don't mind but if you're walking around with your own kids, in your late 20's on, you look dumb.

I don’t care either way, but living in Dallas and listening to radio interviews with Quinn and his players, I’ve never seen players talk about a coach like Quinn.
I’ve never heard a bad word and they will go to war for him. Micha Parsons and some of the defensive guys started doing jiu-jitsu and they invited Quinn and they would go to a jiu-jitsu class every night with the coach
He was offered the Washington job the defense guys had a closed door meeting with him, begging him to stay and even offered to take a cut for him to get more money.
I have no idea how he will do as a head coach, but he seems to be a cool dude

Yeah the backwards hat on a middle aged man is annoying but not nearly as much as a flat bill with the sticker still on.

These are excellent points, and traits, for an assistant. Quinn is a phenomenal DC, and he relates very well to his players.
He is not a very good HC. He needs a brilliant OC on his staff, and he needs to leave them alone. He doesn't do this well. At one point, he had Lafleur *and* Mike McDaniel on his staff, and didn't give either one of them the OC job when Shanahan left for SF. Instead, he tried to make Sark do something he wasn't good at, and tried to retreat Dirk Koetter. Bad. Bad moves.
I liked Quinn. And when things are going well, he's a very easy guy to root for. But when things are tough, or when he makes Bad decisions, it snowballs out of control *quickly. *
Quinn should have a Super Bowl ring. But he didn't have the stones to tell Shanahan to stop being aggressive, and, well, we've seen Shanahan blow 3 super bowl leads now.
