James Harden
Kevin Durant
Serge Ibaka
Victor Oladipo
Domantas Sabonis

And now...

Paul George
[Spot is reserved for Russell Westbrook]

This franchise has seen more talent in its shorts existence than half the league has in 25 years

I think at this point they know they screwed up hitching their wagon to Russ. They're just going to have to wait out his contract.

Good news is they have a shite load of picks to start building now.

I think this move is their FO realizing they fricked up by sticking with Russ. They have a shite ton to work with though with all those picks and SGA.

Hell I wouldn’t be surprised if Russ got traded with how crazy this offseason has been

Supposedly they're doing that right now.

THe Players Union wants these giant contacts like Westbrook and Paul got but the players fail to see that they cripple their teams. They are basically untradable especially for the players with 10 years of service.

Uhhh, this team was the Seattle Supersonics. Been around since 1967.
KD was drafted by and played for Seattle.
They won an NBA championship and numerous conference and division titles.
Everything was in place they just changed cities.
You act like they were an expansion team.

This has to be the death knell for Westbrook.

One year of uncontested rebounds was enough for Paul George wasn’t it.

A lot of those names are not like the others.

And I liked how he's acting like Westbrook wasn't the one that chased them off.

George was done playing with him.

Yea, OKC deserves some criticism for its moves over the years, no doubt, but this was a no-brainer move. Now you trade Russ and Adams and rebuild with an absolute war chest of assets.

Small market owners wanted the max AND super max contracts, not the players

The contracts are still based on % of revenue like all always, FYI.

I know some OKC fans and they are so insecure and get defensive when you rag Westbrook.

They will never win anything with him

I think all the Knicks newly signed players except Randle are on 2 year deals with team options in year 2. Next summer the Knicks should have the cap space and enough extra 1sts from Dallas to trade for Westbrook.

Why do you think everybody wants to leave the Thunder so badly? Is it due to the city of OKC or is it due to not wanting to play with Westbrook?

If you've ever played competitive basketball, then you know just how frustrating it would be to play with Westbrook.

It's no surprise they've all left.

I love every minute of it. Growing a Sonics fan and watching them take the team out of Seattle every year I only care about one thing, “as long as OKC doesn’t win a title.”

I was living in Los Angeles when the Sonics moved. Always hope Seattle gets its team back but this trade just made my day. OKC is so far from a title and soon to be playoffs. Their best bet is to tank for four years, get four years of top 5 picks and then get four years of clippers picks probably picks 25-30. Enjoy!

We hate on players for creating super teams then you have Russ who wants to do it with the team he has and we hate on him. Dude is the Allen Iverson of this generation he can carry a team all season but he will never win.
