Well it hasn't taken long for the SEC to blow by the Pac 12.

This is the same guy who said Tennessee would beat Alabama and that Saban would be dominated by Malzahn from here on out. He doesn't mean what he says. He just likes to stir up controversy.

As an SC fan, I enjoy the SEC brand of football and watch it often. I'd love to see more P12 vs. SEC match-ups, especially home & home ones.

This whole rant by Cowherd is aimed directly at Finebaum listeners.

He knows they will react.

It seems likes he's trying harder than usual.

Whenever he picks a side in his head and he wants to be convincing, he will so whatever he can to spin it to support his argument. Especially when someone calls in and starts to argue against his point he will just cut them off and not let them finish. Pisses me off so much

I noticed he completely stayed away from Arkansas in his rant. He knows what's coming.

There's Alabama & USC coming up in 2016, but it's a one-time, neutral-site $$$$$ game. It'll still be great, but I love home & homes. You get a hell of a lot more of the culture of both schools that way, and it's just more fun.

Agree, I had a blast in LA for the 2002 game. 2003, not so much.

Oh btw, draft tally now stands at SEC 13 Pac 9.

I'm good with how USC does in the NFL draft, if the rest of the P12 does well, that's gravy. UW kids getting drafted this cycle bodes well for SC too, as several were recruited and coached by Sark.

Nah. Cowherd is right. He's just being brutally honest about it.

Well his brutally honest comments are wrong... Dam Prescott was embarrassing? Texas AM lost their bowl game??

I know what he's trying to say but atleast get the facts straight

Of course not everything he says is right. It IS Cowherd after all. He gets dramatic. Of course Dak had an amazing year, and he set records in the bowl game. I just agree with that statement that there really isn't a gap between the SEC and the other conferences. Not anymore.

If you base that on just last season then sure. I'll wait a few years to see if it keeps changing

As a whole top to bottom I think the only conference even close to the SEC is the Pac. The B1G was OSU then everyone else was a huge step down. The ACC was a shite show and the Big 12 was a two team league. Arkansas finished dead last in the West and stomped Texas like a DII team. The SEC may not be as top heavy, but it's still the deepest conference.

r. Oh wait, they had that offensive lineman from Texas A&M, he was a 5th year senior. He was recruited when they were in the Big 12. He doesn't count

Doesn't he pull this schtick like once every other month?

It is getting old and predictable. Who cares?
