The NDSU coach has screwed 2 big plays in this game due to panic timeouts.

There’s almost zero chance he stays healthy for the whole season.
He’s playing twice as many games as every other player.

He’s good. No ones doubting that. But Colorado doesn’t have enough weapons. He’s going to get the best DB on him. He’s going to be doubled as well.

Yeah, they didn’t make the FCS finals last year, lost several players and lost their head coach and some staff. Some analysts were thinking this could be ugly because of that, but they came ready to play.
But that said, this may be the weakest (but still good) NDSU team in several years. This CU defense is still going to get smashed by good FBS offenses.

ND State going with this new QB in a situation where they clearly have to pass did not work out the same way as the 1Q when run seemed probable… just an unreal terrible call.
