Because he’s tucking the ball. You “drop” the ball every time you tuck it at that frame rate. If he just holds it in his hands, it’s not overturned. That was overturned because of the speed of the replay.
And I don’t even really care that they overturned it, it’s the inconsistency that drives me nuts
