then stop talking about Catholic like it is De La Salle HS California. Catholic is lucky if they are even a top 10 LA program over the last 20 years much less some talented powerhouse with 25 D-1A signees every year

Why are you even in this thread dude? Take your fricking post count to the OT. Catholic, for the last 20 years, has produced some top talent and top teams in this state. You will just have to deal with it a-hole.

Is this the squad that had a neville TE score on a long TD pass because a CB was looking in the backfield?

Could be, I don't remember that play specifically. Sounds about right though.

When I was in high school and a Catholic team was next on the schedule, we didnt even practice that week and we let the scrubs start. Catholic school boys were weak in my day.

I was 3-0 against them
17-14,60-12, and 29-14(or something like that)

I think the new coach should be either Sid or Chris Carrier. What are they up to these days?

What 7 high school programs would you put ahead of Catholic over the last 20 years besides Curtis, WM, Evangel?

Carrier is at Zachary with Weiners son and Coach Garidel.

Carrier would be a great hire.

its funny that only Catholic grads and players see their teams are being awesome and overly talented. Absolutely hilarious.

Only two teams have been mentioned as being loaded at CHS -- and there is zero argument that they were some of the most talented teams ever in the state. Both teams sent close to 20 D1 players.

No state championships in almost 30 years of coaching an ALL-BOYS school.

Catholic high has NEVER won state in football - so should they drop it?

sTm coach Jim hightower is the winningest coach outside of JT in the last 30 years - and sTm has not won state should they fire him too?

winning a state championship is much harder than you think..... it also takes a little luck.. cuase a lot of teams have finished 2nd.. that were better than they teams that won the preceeding year or the following year...
