The Harrisons and three 7ftrs were unable to run offense when it mattered time after time

You could put that on cal but I dont, he got as much out of them as he could.

Especially with cal having a new team ever year. Don't underestimate continuity, maturity and experience. Three things that can't really be taught

Ironic to see Coach K embracing the one and done
I agree with this 100%.

Basketball is a game of runs and the NCAAT epitomizes that. The "best team" doesn't win every year. It's a combination of many things IMO. Leadership and experience along with good talent and playing well at the right time can overcome better talent.

Define "final year."

Okay, so you'll be done in 2016 then?

One of my friends was in Madison for a year. She hated it and left for a similar program. Said you were one of the only normal people in your program. Feel free to put that on your resume/LinkedIn recommendation page

Ha, I know who you are talking about. She's cool. Good, too. Shame to lose her.

Yeah. I will defend by May 2016, for sure. Was on the market this year and struck out. Even interviewed at LSU but budget cuts made that job disappear. I am hopeful things will go better next year.

Where you at these days?

No. That was the year of Pitino's Best Team Ever. I don't pin that one in him. He got them as far as he could take them.

I forgot that before the game a reporter mentioned that Cal showed his team zero game footage of Wisconsin.

He said he wanted his guys to focus on themselves.

Yeah, but at least two would have been vacated.

This sums up the 2015 wildcats, ton of size, but towns is really the only great offensive player on the team. Two of the 3 best players on the court last night played for Wisconsin. Wcs is a joke offensively. I think the football saying of if you have 2 quarterbacks you really have none can almost apply to UK. They go 10 deep because(besides towns) they are all good, but no great players, and the first team doesn't differentiate enough from the second team.

Well every coach in the nation would "embrace one and done" if they had the recruiting ability to do so. 99% of them don't.

Lulz. Most of these guys will be in the D-league next year.

He's getting great recruits and reloading, but let's not act like Cal is running out the '96 Bulls every year.
