Let’s keep in mind, these people just watched the Bengals defense force 3 turnovers and 3 sacks vs Mahomes and still think it was a situation where Burrow carried them to the finish line but the rest of the team let him down

I love Burrow, but LSU fans are going full blown Camther fans and turning Burrow into prime Aikman/early Brady territory

Bengals are 0-3 vs the chiefs the last 3 matchups

Bills are 2-1 the last 3 matchups

Bills are currently 2-0 this season

Bengals are currently 0-2 this season

The bengals ain’t the chiefs main nemesis. 2021 was a long time ago

Burrow has not had close to the coaching and weapons that Aikman had.

Burrow is still 3-2 against him. Outplayed him in the first 3 too.

PJ I was saying he's getting the Aikman treatment, where he gets credit for stuff other players are doing that he has no impact on (like defense).

Early Tom Brady had the same shite going for him.

Don’t get me started with Tom Brady

3-1 in the playoffs when throwing 3+ INT

That's the crazy part.. The Bengals are good due to the defense. Even the playoff run to get to the super bowl, burrow was pedestrian. The defense carried them, just like today.

Instead lately burrow seems to be a liability, playing injured or just turning it over

Bruh, you have got to take off the purple and gold glasses. Mahomes won a Super Bowl with a bunch of no name guys At WR. If Mahomes had had Chase and Higgins over the last three seasons, he’d be going for 4 in a row instead of just 3.

Burrow is the only competition for Mahomes and holds the upper hand head to head currently

I'm sure that makes Mahomes lose sleep and cry as he polishes his 3 Super Bowl MVP trophies.

Both Taylor and Kyle Shannahan have choked games away against KC in the most obvious manner that it is laughable. Shannahan now twice with a 10 point lead.

It isn't difficult. When you have the ball with a chance to score last, you do it.

Again, CIN is driving, and they have 2nd and 6. In this scenario, you run the ball and make them use time outs while going for another first down on the ground. The weakness of their D is they give up yards from scrimmage on runs. Period.

What does this idiot do? Calls two passes, both incomplete, and it only took seven seconds total off the clock. Just stupid coaching all the way around.

Same thing Shannahan did last year in the Super Bowl, except it was 2nd and 4 at the two minute warning when this chokeaholic called two more passes that got nothing (not to mention not running earlier in the half when they had the lead and were moving the ball on the ground).

Just dumb, but they are making millions so what do I know?

I think it’s pretty damn obvious that Burrow is an elite quarterback in the NFL right now. Feels like he’s always got the team within striking distance. I don’t have much faith in Taylor though. The offense looks really uncreative. The route concepts are pretty bland and it’s a lot of 2-3 man routes it looks like. Maybe that’s because the line is so terrible that they have to keep guys in for blocking but even still, Burrow is hit a lot and it doesn’t seem to me like it’s because he’s holding onto the ball for too long.

If Burrow had a creative mind calling the plays, I think they’re immediately a top 5 team in the league.

Based on what?

20th in QBR last season. 11th so far this season. 5-7 record since 2022.

I think he probably gets it together and finishes top 5 this year but y’all gotta stop pretending Burrow has been some incredible QB for the last 2 seasons

He’s been injured the majority of the past two seasons in one way or another.

When he’s been healthy, he’s been a top 3 quarterback and that’s unquestionable.
