The players run the NBA more than any other major pro-sport. All it takes is your "star" or just a few players to not like a coach and he will be fired. Hell, the Bucks fired their coach a few weeks ago...despite being in 2nd place in the Eastern Conference.

I agree for the most part, but look up and down the current Nets roster and tell me who of that group has the skins on the wall to dictate who the coach should be.

Right. Some coaches actually get fired for being bad at their job. Vaughn had no concept of defense and the brass had seen enough.

Nothing you wrote has anything to do with Vaughn getting fired. The Nets are 21-33 and 11th place in the East. He was canned b/c they blow.

Allegedly, Vaughn build the entire offensive scheme for this year around...
Ben Simmons, who has barely played for the past half decade, and has played in 12 games this year.
