He won too much and he wasn't friendly and we know the NFL can't stand unfriendly coaches.

Similar record to Gase in Miami except Gase actually got the team to the playoffs one year, where was outrage when he was fired?

Did the complaint happen to mention that over 1/3rd of the owners are Jewish? No?

How strange…

Yea but didn’t Daboll interview before the minority coaches? If so you could make an argument that, depending on when BB was told about Daboll, that maybe the other candidates weren’t given serious consideration.

Flores interviewed on Thursday (1/27). They interviewed Daboll before both he and Frazier, and Flores claims he received these texts several days before he interviewed, which would have put it before either he or Frazier interviewed.

He has a legitimate gripe if true, but the question will be if he can prove purely based on a text from BB.

On a serious note. This does suck. He's a solid coach and I really wanted him for the Saints.

Frazier was interviewed after Flores

The Giants are planning to host Bills defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier at their team headquarters Friday in what's believed to be the last head coaching interview planned before ownership and Schoen make a decision.

BB gonna say, "I watched ESPN and they said that the other Brian was the favorite to get the Giants job. I screwed up and apologized to Brian about that."

Dude must figure he has no shot of working in the NFL again because of his failure to get along with others.

What did he win in Miami? They weren’t an embarrassment on the field. Hey, how ‘bout that?

Except Gase got fired after two losing seasons not two winning seasons and got another HC job in the division less than two weeks later.

Belichick misread a text and thought he was talking to Daboll, who he thought was getting the job. How Bill is involved and how he would know of the Giants plans beforehand is beyond me.

Also why is it against the Rooney rule for a franchise to have a top choice before interviewing candidates? I don’t think the texts are as big of a smoking gun as some are making them out to be.

Maybe I’m missing something, but didn’t the Giants comply with the Rooney Rule? They interviewed Patrick Graham last week. I think someone else too?

You have to interview two external candidates. Graham is internal. Frazier makes one. So Flores was the second. Also, both of those interviews happened after that Bill text. So they were both just box-checks.

This lawsuit is porn for Stephen A Smith. He is probably jerking off as he reads it.

On a more serious note, I am sure Flores is just angling for a quick settlement. No way the NFL wants this going to court.

Gase teams got worse. Flores teams got better. And that's after they had to trade their all pro LT and S

He literally said - “I hear from Buffalo and NYG that you are their guy”

Bill is old but he would have to convince them he had dementia to try and say he saw it on TV

There are probably anti-Flores arguments to make. Saying Adam Gase is a better coach than Brian Flores is not one of them

Flores may have a case if Frazier was the only outside minority candidate interviewed before that BB text

"The NFL is mostly black players, why arent their more black coaches!?!?!?"

This is the most irrelevant argument that keeps getting regurgitated.

Belichick-Never played in the NFL
Andy Reid-Never played in the NFL
John Harbaugh-Never played in the NFL
Mike Tomlin-Never played in the NFL
Matt Lefluer-Never played in the NFL
Sean McVay-Never played in the NFL
Mike Shannahan-Never played in the NFL
Pete Carroll-Never played in the NFL
Sean McDermott-Never played in the NFL
Sean McVay-Rode the bench with the Bears for 1 season

Wow its almost like there is no correlation between being a former NFL player and a great coach. Other than Vrabel, is there one good current coach that had any sort of success as a player?

One that you forgot to mention, Brian Flores has never played a snap in the NFL

This looks bad… people on here can spin it how they want… dude should still be the coach of the Dolphins… the point is Daboll probably had this job before Judge was fired
