Not sure why he is suing, but I also am not sure why the Dolphins fired him.

3 years he went 5-11, 10-6, 9-8. He turned around a crappy season and finished 8-1 the last 9 games. That builds momentum in the offseason. All this with Tuna as QB.

He won too much and he wasn't friendly and we know the NFL can't stand unfriendly coaches.

Flores sucks, only coach to get outcoached by Urban in the NFL, couldn't hire a staff, no one in the organization liked him, media overrated tf outa him.

Sounds like Flores refused to tamper with a player and refused to tank at the owners request and was labeled "difficult to work with".
a Google search proved that his texts with BB meant nothing because the Rooney Rule was satisfied twice before he even interviewed. They literally didn't interview him to satisfy that rule. Easily provable.

You think he has proof of any of the other of his claims? Dude is a clown.

Belichick will be fine. His arse is covered because he said "I think they are naming Brian Daboll." He was stating an opinion and not a fact.

And didn’t they lose the majority of those games when Tua was hurt?

I could see the NFL instituting policy that awards compensatory draft picks to franchises who employ minority head coaches.

"The NFL is mostly black players, why arent their more black coaches!?!?!?"

This is the most irrelevant argument that keeps getting regurgitated.

Belichick-Never played in the NFL
Andy Reid-Never played in the NFL
John Harbaugh-Never played in the NFL
Mike Tomlin-Never played in the NFL
Matt Lefluer-Never played in the NFL
Sean McVay-Never played in the NFL
Mike Shannahan-Never played in the NFL
Pete Carroll-Never played in the NFL
Sean McDermott-Never played in the NFL
Sean McVay-Rode the bench with the Bears for 1 season

Wow its almost like there is no correlation between being a former NFL player and a great coach. Other than Vrabel, is there one good current coach that had any sort of success as a player?

Was it? I thought it required two minority interviews outside of you your organization, not just two interviews of minorities. This was put in to make it more legitimate and reduce the fake interviews to just meet the quota.

There’s no arse covering needed. Even if he had sent Flores a screen shot of the offer letter to Daboll, Belicheck has no restriction on what he can tell another coach about what he’s hearing about a job. There’s no implication to be had on BB’s part, he wasn’t a part of the interview process of the giants

no, apparently it was satisfied once, though since they interviewed the retarded DC of the Bills.

Or that being a player = coaching ability.

This is why it is stupid to use metrics of players to mean anything in regards to coaching. They rely on two entirely different skill sets, yet we are supposed to ignore that and force feed things just to be "equal".

Yea but didn’t Daboll interview before the minority coaches? If so you could make an argument that, depending on when BB was told about Daboll, that maybe the other candidates weren’t given serious consideration.

I have no idea what really happened but I feel like this could potentially look bad based on timelines

I didn't see they interviewed Frazier. Hilarious frick up by Bill that has potential to ruin a friendship, but how did Flores not do basic research to make sure?

Is it the rule yet they have to interview two black individuals outside of the organization for HC?

The NFL is gonna make the Saints interview 8 black females before hiring a coach as punishment for this.

These new leagues coming up like USFL or the Rock's league, maybe that's an avenue to get these guys some opportunities to show what they can do

If those leagues are viable it could help coaches like it did Jim Mora who got his start thru old USFL

I'm not sure what Bienemy or Leftwich have to do to get a head job
Both are qualified even though both have apprenticed under great offensive minds
