Same old song and dance this year. They'll spend all summer and most of the fall camp working on their opening/1 tough game, Va Tech. If they win that, they'll run through the rest of the schedule with only OSU to really give them a test. Then at 12-0 or 11-1 we'll hear how great they are and they deserve to be in the title picture.

but yeah i agree boise st is over-rated. they did return a lot of starters tho..
beating OU really put them on the map.. but OU is a complete fraud.. look at their bowl record of late..

Come on, isn't OU like 0-5 in it's last 5 BCS games, including 3 title games? Maybe, just maybe OU and Texas have taken turns kicking the crap out of a shitty BIG XII for the last few years, and have been exposed in bowl games. It is possible you know.

OU is a legit program with some of the best talent around.. but too much is made out of that win.. when in fact OU doesn't really play well come bowl season. West Virgnia's win was more of a shocker imo, but not much was made of it.. altho rightfully so..
Boise St doesn't bother me, because in the end the universe tends to unfold as it should.

I love small samples coupled with selection bias. Thing is, I don't like Boise, but that's not why. You see, I actually believe that all teams should have equal access to a title and major bowl games. I know, crazy idea, right? Treat all the schools in the same classification the same...

Once Boise drops the blue field and their massive staple of trick plays AND starts consistency beating the big boys them they will be considered bit time. Until then they are just another wannabe complainer.
FSU did this but they did it without complaining, trick plays and a horrible looking field. They build their program the right way which cannot be said of Boise.

BSU's not in a BCS conference(different "classification"), therefore, they shouldn't be treated the same.
