Texas Law to my knowledge is very clear that the Big 12 can assert its own bylaws in this matter. Paxton was foolish to get involved in this

I've seen a lot of lawyers talking about it.
Everyone thinks Sorsby's attorney did a good job figuring out how to turn the NCAA's rules against themselves, but the Big 12 Bylaws are the smoking gun, they don't think any reasonable judge could rule against them

Its more a matter of TT has no other choice
Their QB went down with a season ending injury, their roster is extremely pricey and pretty stacked, and they paid this dude 5 mill and have no other viable options
