As someone who has been to both state and ole miss tailgates... it’s not even close.
Also, live in auburn right now and it is nothing compared to bama tailgating.
I have a hard time believing marshal is more fun than West Virginia as well
App state over North Carolina or duke?

TBH, I'm not sure I agree with Michigan. MSU used to blow away Michigan. MSU has clamped down on a lot and it's a closer call, but Michigan is kind of boring other than a few decent parties on some nearby golf courses.

these lists are always so stupid. if you go tailgating at any major program and dont have a fun time, that says more about you than the actual school and tailgate scene

There isn't a chance in a million that fricking Purdue is a better tailgate than Notre Dame, and yes, I've tailgated plenty at both.

To be honest, Bama's tailgating scene has become kinda corporate. Lots on the quad and close to the stadium are rented and set up by the University. Gamedays are amazing if you know someone with a spot or just go back to your old fraternity's tailgate, but I could see it being difficult as an outsider to set up a tailgate in a good location. Auburn might be the exact same way though.
