Braves.
Pirates will destroy them in the playoffs.

If we lose the division, I might kill myself

you're like the kansas fan fricktards that predict a sweet 16 and then when we lose in the elite 8 they get all pissed.
if you exceed expectations, then you have had a successful season. sure, expectations can change, especially over the course of a 162 game season. but as a team predicted by many to be fighting for a wildcard spot, they are already above what we all wanted. if they lose in the NLDS, i will be pissed but that's pretty much exactly what everyone was expecting.

Are you a Kansas football fan as well?

I think it is the Braves. I don't think much is expected of UGA and I just don't see the Falcons being any worse, having made some critical additions and are a much better team overall.
Braves however, have it all going for them now, but I fear they might see some of the better rotations and some teams who can manufacture runs and I can see them not making the NLCS, Losing the NLCS. Couple that with the 2010 playoff loss, 2011 inexplicable collapse, and the 2012 wild card, a first round exit will have a bunch of people questioning the Braves and another whole year of you fricks who pose these questions.

Throw city affiliation out the window. The American sports team who will disappoint the most is the Atlanta Falcons.

Sadly, I have to agree with the "Super Bowl or bust" meme being thrown around.

Being that the rat birds are the only one of the three with no championship trophies, kinda gotta roll with the falcons on this one, amirite?

Falcons, always the bridesmaid.

1. UGA- Tough schedule, lost a lot on an already average defense.
2. Falcons- Both the offensive and defensive lines have me worried, especially after last night. We're going to have to invest some of that cap room in a right tackle.
3. Braves- Inexperienced and very streaky. Go into the playoffs on a hot streak no one will beat us. Go in cold, well see the last 20 seasons of Braves baseball.

The Braves are playing with house money. The best case preseason was second place behind Washington. Even with a NLDS loss, the NL East pennant will be a successful season for them.

Well UGA won a championship 30 years ago and the Braves was ~18 so I don't really see how this line of thinking applies.

Maybe I worded it bad.
I would say the Falcons.
There has been a time historically when UGA and the Braves have overcome their lengthy mediocrity in postseason competition and broke thru however unexpectedly and won a title. So there is hope it could inadvertently happen again.
The Falcons haven't won shite and habitually wet the bed in the postseason, specifically with this highly paid QB. Hopefully they do it this year before they have to start cutting people when his asininely high contract asserts itself. But I doubt it.
Better?
