Not really. I figured we'd land around 8-10, but whatever. With the expanded playoffs and how things are now, it'll work itself out through the year. Heck, maybe it'll be a little motivation for the players that top 10 rankings are no longer an entitlement.
This isn't like in the BCS days where if you came in outside of the top 5 you were pretty much locked out of a chance for a title if two of the teams in the top didn't lose a game.

LOL, we are understanding of where we are in the polls and is probably the right decision. New QB to start the season is always an easy reservation for anyone.

Not behind a team that lost arguably their best coach in program history to LSU and replaced him with a drunk as a first time HC. The same team that lost valuable pieces in the portal, and basically their entire offensive staff.
