I mean didn't AL send 11 guys to NFL last year...so by my math that is 20% of a NFL team came from AL and went on to be pros

But there are only 22 starters on a football team. Go look and see where Alabama draft picks are located on their team depth charts. Not every Alabama draft pick is a starter.

If Alabama was so capable of beating an NFL team, their rookies would stand out as the best rookies: PFF's 2018 rookie rankings through week 9

He is also missing the fact that Saban couldn't win with an NFL roster, but he will somehow game plan to actually beat an NFL team with inferior talent. It's truly dumb.

Why this thread again.

NE could run the wing-T all game and still cover.

Any pro team would score 70+ on Alabama if they tried for 4 quarters

Saban took a team that was 2-14 and went 9-7, he was 15-17 in 2 years. There are a lot of great NFL coaches that were way worse than that in their first 2 years.

I'll take the points and my $, NE is good... not that good, or AL isn't that bad how ever you want to look at it.

Some of these Bama fans want a pro team so bad that they convince themselves that Bama is basically one

AL has basically a complete futuristic pro team that runs a pro style of offense and is coached by Pro coach..nuff said.

Meh....Saban is literally half the size of a pro coach.

Congratulations. I think this is the stupidest thing I've ever read on this board.

Bama would beat zero NFL teams.

Alabama would probably not score a single TD unless a DB tripped.

People for some reason think that suddenly adding the word "pro" to a player's name suddenly makes their ability go up by 50 on a Madden scale. Do I think Alabama would beat a pro team, no. Do I think it would be competitive? Yes.

Nathan Peterman led an offense that scored 43 points and beat Clemson in Death Valley in his senior year at Pitt. The fact that he was so bad in the NFL should tell you something about the difference between the NFL and college football.
