By being great? Maybe other programs should step their shite up.

There's more parity than ever.

Not nearly as many undefeated teams late into the seasons anymore.

Alabama and Saban are as All-American as Mom and apple pie. Saban is a pure professional force of nature who took over a program that was underachieving. He implemented a process that demanded excellence and he never weakened and accepted less than absolute commitment to excellence. When the players got loose or undisciplined, Nick was in their grill making his displeasure known. In time, the process forged a CFB program for the ages.

Nick Saban's not for sissies, weaklings or excuse-makers, because those things are Un-American. NICK SABAN IS AMERICA and you should here the Battle Hymn of the Republic playing in the background as you read this.

Other programs settle for less. Alabama and Nick Saban never will.

Its like the Notre Dame vs Bama game.

Notre Dame went undefeated and everyone thought, hey since this team is undefeated, THEY WILL WIN.

What on earth are you talking about?

Saban also benefits from having the best high school athletes come in literally every year.

I honestly forgot there was still a game... Once NFL playoffs start I think that takes over for most people.

Should have just kept the BCS. The playoff is stupid IMO and I think people will realize that sooner rather than later.

Actually America these days is exactly that. Lol. Sissies, weaklings, and excuse makers. But I get your point.

I've seen this before from a couple people. What's so terrible about it outside of when the games start? Last year it wasn't 1 and 2 made it. This year it was. The national champion last year would have been left out. What's so bad about that then letting computers settle everything for only 2 teams?

Yeah, I am hoping some of the backlash from this year keeps it from going to eight teams.

Being that both teams are from the south and the favorite is from the SEC it's not nationally popular. Doesn't help that a large portion of the country has "Bama and SECFatigue" either.

People don't care because the game is January freaking 11th.

Semi Finals should be the first bowl games played in mid December, the Final should be the last game played on the first

So has Alabama, oh and lost to one...
