Imagine being this sensitive over a dude making fun of your loser redneck friends
Thanks for the update, sorry for your loss. We’re praying.
God rest your soul, chilld. HZT forever, and Roll Tide.
Essentially has four years left. 2019 he took a RS, and this year doesn’t count. Could see him sitting behind Bryce for two years and earning the starting job in 2023
We run more than that and you know it, but yeah when you fake it to the best RB in the country defenses will probably bite.

I also think people need to understand that saying a guy like DJ Dale isn’t up to our standards doesn’t mean we wish death on him. Calling mediocre players mediocre isn’t bashing, it’s just not being blinded by crimson colored glasses all the time. I respect the opinion of someone willing to acknowledge weaknesses much more than someone who refuses to have a real football discussion out of fear of “bashing” players.

But people have been too harsh of Dylan’s play (not Dale’s though). Moses still has all the talent in the world, just a rough time recovering. That’s fine, his best football is in front of him.
Hahaha those were the days. I was bored and they are fun

Been catching up on this class, late as usual the last few years. Do we have any decent chance with either of these 2 guys? Because I really like both of them.

CBS Mock Draft

quote:

The Jets' offense has been a disaster. Yes, Sam Darnold is recovering from mono but the lack of playmakers is a glaring need no matter who is playing QB. Heading into Week 5, Le'Veon Bell is the team's leading receiver. Jeudy is an elite route runner who does everything well. If you're looking to nitpick, he doesn't have top-end speed, though you wouldn't know it to watch him in games.

quote:

Regularly the fastest player on the field, Ruggs is a YAC monster who dominates short and intermediate routes and must be accounted for on every play. Tight end Darren Waller currently leads the Raiders with 33 receptions, nearly double that of Tyrell Williams, who is second on the list with 17.

quote:

Smith needs to put on weight but he's one the toughest players on Alabama's roster, and he has the best ball skills among Jeudy, Ruggs and Jaylen Waddle. It helps explain why he leads the team in receiving yards (537), yards per catch (17.3) and touchdowns (8) through five games. And now he reunites with Tua in Miami.

Post game Tua said it was the sun in the WR eyes lol.

That and his two misses to Ruggs looked like they only happened because Ruggs couldn't run full speed with his injury.

From a national perspective after one game, Tagovailoa’s 83.9 completion percentage (26-of-31) ranks third in the entire country, while his 217.5 quarterback rating ranks fourth. His four passing touchdowns are tied for fourth nationally and his 10.8 yards per attempt is good for ninth place.

Among QBs who played Power 5 opponents, Tua is #1 in each of these categories.
This sucks, and it does deal a blow to the defense.

However, to be the voice of reason, this doesn't ruin the season. We have talented guys who will make a lot of mistakes, but they're gonna grow and by the time we get to games we could actually lose maybe they'll be good enough to be solid.

And there's like, 2-4 teams that can even hang with Tua on a good day so even if the D struggles because of inexperienced guys at ILB, Tua can outscore anyone.
Guys, honestly I wouldn't put it past Saban to fabricate the whole thing so he can make examples of upper classman and scare the younger guys
My predictions:

Receptions
1. Jerry Jeudy
2. Jaylen Waddle
3. Henry Ruggs III
4. DeVonta Smith

Yards
1. Jaylen Waddle
2. Jerry Jeudy
3. Henry Ruggs III
4. DeVonta Smith

Receiving TDs
1. Jerry Jeudy
2. Henry Ruggs III
3. Jaylen Waddle
4. DeVonta Smith
We're back at it again on the Road to 18 so let's get right to predicting how bad we shite stomp Duke.

but if we put the best eleven guys on the field, you have to leave the TE on the bench in favor of more receivers. If we do that the majority of the time

We won't do that. Not only is it just not our style, but we can still use the 4 guys without them all being on the field together. They can spell each other, you can mix up which 2 or 3 you have on the field at a time. Plus guys like Metchie and Shavers coming in and taking some snaps for them. We have no reason to run a 4 wide set most of the time.
Saban had some really nice things to say about the OL yesterday. Personally, I'm excited for this unit's potential. We've got 8 guys who could all start:

Alex Leatherwood
Jedrick Wills
Evan Neal
Emil Ekiyor
Matt Womack
Deonte Brown
Chris Owens
Landon Dickerson

Not only do we have potentially different lineups to try out until we find the best one, but we've got guys who can step in and play at a high level (well Brown is suspended four games) if someone goes down. I really think this will be one of the strongest lines we've had under Saban. Bookend Tackles and beasts on the interior.
I remember the time he saved Narnia with the One Ring and won the Iron Throne.
