The traditional slow guys like Crane and Na don't get penalized because they are warned twice and the pick it up. Guan didn't pick it up after his warning. I don't see what's so hard to understand about this. Everyone bitches about slow play on this board, but when they finally issue a penalty, everyone throws a fit because they penalize someone they like.

No they don't. The tour doesn't penalize them because the players make the system work on tour and don't want to hurt them where it counts. So they just fine them a few bucks ..
It sucks but that is what happens in the world that is the PGA tour. The people at the masters don't like it so they had their mind made up to pop somebody this week and this kid gets it. Sucks.
