Regions and Redstone Federal for personal for personal banking and Fidelity and E-Trade for investments.
Quite satisfied with all of them.

Capital One was a PITA during Covid. I needed to open a new business account at that time and they told me to make an appointment two weeks out. Since I needed to open an account right away to get paid, I went to Hancock Whitney and opened one up the same day.
Subsequently, I had to transfer funds from Hancock Whitney to Capital One each month to pay myself from the business. This had to be done physically because I could only transfer $1k electronically without being charged $30 for a wire transfer. Because I was transferring "large sums" of cash each month they saw this as being suspicious and eventually closed my account (even after explaining to them in-person what I was doing). Per the letter I received from the bank, I have been banned for life from being a Capital One customer

Regions. Their parking lot enters and exits on two separate streets. All that matters to me. Bank "services' are trivial garbage nobody really needs so convenience of the parking is my most important concern. Never think about my bank so I guess I'm satisfied.

Chase- it's fine for day to day transactions, but they were TOTALLY worthless when we needed help with PPP with out business accounts, and even more worthless when we needed to pull some statements from a closed business account. I would like to switch to my local credit union, but the thought of changing every bill/account that's tied to the checking account is more than I care to do. I've got an old account that has no fees, so it's not costing me anything.

Same. I ended up with them when they bought Union Planters Bank. I'm too lazy to try to unwind a 27 year old account. I don't really do much but direct deposit and the occasional cash withdrawal anyway. I might go into a branch once a year or so.

My Hibernia account, via bank buyouts, became Capital One. I use them for most of my checking and HYSA and CDs.Their online system works well, and they have ATMs around the country (less important these days), but when you need a human it's less impressive. Used to have a couple of branches close to work and home with helpful employees. Now there is one branch left near me, with a short staff of slammed employees.
We managed a couple of accounts with Regions for an elderly family member, and they were a PITA. No and No was their employees' default answer to everything. We closed the accounts and a deposit box at the first opportunity.
I also have an account and deposit box with a smaller, regional bank. Their online banking is not as nice as at Regions or Capital One, but their people are fantastic. Their default answer is yes, or let's figure out a way to resolve this. I have seen the same when dealing with community banks on business deals. It is a night and day different experience compared to the national banks.

reimburse quite a bit of fees should you hit some
USAA is a $10 monthly reimbursement for ATM fees, which is honestly enough. I go probably once a month to get some carry cash.
It is a problem if you are in Vegas though and you visit the ATM too much

I use Sofi primarily and am pretty happy with it. Great interest rate on the savings and will automatically transfer funds as needed from savings to checking. Free ATM withdrawals on Allpoint network.
I also keep an account with a local credit union for anything I might need in person like a cashiers check or cash deposit.
At any given time I’ll typically have at least one big bank account I’ve opened for a new account bonus, but don’t really transact from those.

Capital One for my business. They clear all of my deposits, small or large, overnight. I've never had a problem with them so it's tough for me to leave.

Chase for personal, Ally for HYSA, local bank for business operating loans, Vanguard/Fidelity for retirement, but leaning more towards moving everything to Fidelity.

Hancock Whitney since 1998. I have liked them more since the merger with Hancock. They were too damn conservative before that.

Capital One. I've been satisfied up until last Friday when my wife's paycheck didn't get deposited.

Origin and Capital One
Origin pays 5% on checking account up to $40,000 as long as you have 16 debit card transactions a month.
Capital One - I’ve had an account for over 35 years, back to the Hibernia days. I have checking, which earns nothing but all my withdrawals come from this account. I also have a savings account with them, which earns 3.8%.
Happy with both.

I still can't believe they flushed the SunTrust and BB&T branding to name themselves that.
The very first thing I thought of when I heard the name "Truist" was the Seinfeld where Elaine ruined a merger because she said the name of the new company was horrible (Moland Springs).

I have been with Regions my entire adult life. It was AmSouth before that and I had my first account open in 1992 when I brought by piggy bank by and dumped all the coins into the counter. No issues ever.
