Feel free to buy 40k shares of HGRAF too!

I bought another 140 shares today. I’m a small player but trying to get to my goal of 3000 shares, got about 360 more to go.

I think I may buy some of this next week.
I'm late to the party, so is this dip about to turn around, or do I sit on the sideline for a few more weeks?
This is a buy and hold long term. From its success over a year, it does not appear to be a pump and dump.
***I rolled the dice and bought some NUBURU a couple years ago because of this board. It shot like a rocket and crashed in a span of a few months, so it must have been a pump and dump. Yesterday I just noticed that they issued reverse stock split.

Member that time that any reverse stock split worked out in the favor of the stockholders? Me neither.
Date of record was yesterday. Now, we wait 7 weeks for the special meeting to vote on the redomicile. Maybe they can have Bellville built and waiting for the C.O. by the time we redomicile and uplist.
What we need is a pic of the Nordic princess wearing some LSU gear.

I just checked their website and there's no mention of a reverse stock split. What is your source?

I think he’s talking about another stock he bought in the past.
No stock split for HGRAF.

To clear the air this is correct. The last thing I want to do is cause a panic.
I wanted advice on buying HGRAF.

If you were going to get in I would say now is that time before the circular comes out. The key is to see what law firm they hired in the US. If you see Latham & Watkins, Skadden, Kirkland & Ellis, Gibson Dunn, Sullivan & Cromwell, Davis Polk, Cooley, Fenwick, Wilson Sonsini, Vinson & Elkins or Baker Botts as their new US counsel then hold on as this creates instant credibility for them. If it's a law firm below thats slightly below tier well that not terrible but it doesn't give the same institutional credibility that they need. if its some unknown US law firm then I'm dumping ASAP.
With that said they hired Grant Thornton as their new auditor so that tells me that one of those aforementioned law firms is involved in the circular.

Per Grok AI re the named law firms:
"HydroGraph already has Canadian securities/corporate counsel experience on its board (e.g., a partner at a Toronto firm with relevant public-company and arrangement experience) and is working with established Canadian market participants (e.g., Canaccord as underwriter on recent financings). Adding or using competent U.S. counsel for the redomicile is standard and sufficient. In short, the named firms are excellent options if selected, but they are not a prerequisite. Another competent U.S. firm (or team) with the right cross-border public-company reorganization experience can handle the redomicile equally well—or better on cost, responsiveness, or fit with Hydrograph’s specific needs and Texas focus. The eventual choice of counsel will be a business decision by the company, not a legal requirement for the transaction to succeed. " [bolding added for emphasis]

The Grant Thornton hire is actually a pretty decent sign to me. Companies like this have dozens of Firms to choose from that are Nasdaq accepted to be auditors so sometimes the decision is more that of the lowest priced commodity.
This is not that - GT is not the cheapest Firm on the block - that is a concious choice. A board member of HGRAF is a former audit partner as a smaller firm so they are well aware of the availability of other options but still went for a well known top 8 Firm. I really like the move.

The markets don't care about who is better on cost, specific fit & Texas focus, or their responsiveness what they care about is the market signal it portrays publicly. HGRAF is no longer some tiny company they are a roughly 1.3 billion dollar company and at this size the audience is no longer the Money Board or other retail investors its the bankers, US financial institutions, future NASDAQ due diligence teams, and later offering counsel. These are the people who do look at who signed the circular and it absolutely matters.
They choose a law firm like a Kean Miller or Dudley Debosier and the reputational credibility of the circular falls versus them hiring one of those firms mentioned above.
The market doesn't care about legal sufficiency they care about the public signaling these firms provide from a credibility standpoint.

The information I posted from Grok AI is not my information. That's, of course, why it's in quotation marks. The quote is easy to understand. In my opinion, it doesn't disparage the views you originally expressed; and in fact it praises the two law firms you mentioned. I posted it soley to share the views in the quote from Grok.
I do own shares; and, at this point, I'm continuing to hold my shares.
But, I'm not a financial advisor; and I only suggest that other shareholders rely solely on their own due diligence in making their decisions to buy, hold, sell, or short HGRAF shares.
All the best to you and all other HGRAF shareholders!
