That may have been me. I don’t know how Discord works and I think I tried ‘add friend’ a few of the main contributors. I thought it would highlight their post over all the people asking the same questions repeatedly.
I’m probably out of luck for getting added back.

Lucky I've got your back. I told Mike that you are an idiot and don't know any better...
I think there was a lot of spam happening on X and they are sensitive to that. The first thing the spammers do is make a shite ton of friwnd requests, so they tell you to turn off the feature to accept friends.
It leads to less having to delete spam posts and then toss people out. The moderators like Discord better than X, in terms of controlling that shite. A lot of the spammed post short report stuff, so trt not to be all negative, all the time, at least until they get used to you.
I think we all know what thw risks are and what a potentially great investment this is, and would like to see everyone benefit from this investment. We dont want to see a bunch of shorters in here convincing people to sell by telling everyone that the CEO is a prostitute, or some such nonsense.

You’re not lying.

You say it like it’s a bad thing.
All jokes aside, it makes sense that they wouldn’t like that and I honestly don’t expect to post much at all. I’m there to learn, not post numbers that I don’t really understand or brag about my whopping 2000 shares.

Next time you go to a grocery store, restaurant, etc., look around and ask yourself how many people in there have 10 shares? Try none. In a few years your 2k is going to look pretty damned sweet.

Oh, I know. I’m thrilled about my share count and it’s actually way more than any smart person would tell me to have wrapped up in 1 spec stock when compared to the rest of my portfolio. I’m swinging for the fences and will either hit a grand slam or right back to the minor leagues where I belong.

As a fellow 2k share haver I feel this. It rapidly outgrew everything else in my portfolio despite not being an outside purchase at the time last year lol.

Chuck emailed me again Monday. The shorties have upped their offer to borrow my shares. Last time it was in the $400’s. This time they are offering in the $900's/month. I have my sell order in at $50, so my shares are busy right now.
Redomicile and uplist cannot get here quickly enough.

Chuck returned my all of my shares on Monday. I've been using the proceeds from lending to fund my kids custodial brokerage accounts. I've been in Schwabs Lending program for a few years.
Want my kids to have a head start on knowledge of investing that other kids don't.

My shares are in Schwab. How do I get it set up for lending, and how much is made on this? Any risks?

I thought we were all in this together and not lending to eliminate shorts, thus keeping the share price higher.

If tweet fails to load, click here. ArneriDesign posted this poll and is you read through the comments in the link, she outlines the reason why.
To summarize, in order to qualify for federal grants for a development project, a company has to have 50% matching on hand. By raising $70M, and coupling that with $40M already on hand, HGRAF now qualifies for over $100M in grants from Uncle Sam.
That could be why they had the funding round now, instead of after NASDAQ listing, when they could get a better price. If that is the case, it would seem that HGRAF is looking for more money right away for build out.
Interesting take and very bullish if she's right.

Yes - You get to become a supplier to the dark side, You are seen as the reason a stock price has not gone up or has actually gone down. Prepare to be seen as aiding and abetting the enemy

I did it the old way where I had to print, review, and sign some papers, that is now gone. You have to be invited to lend the shares by Schwab now.
My suggestion is to go start a chat while in your account and you will eventually be asked to call the Lending specialist number to get a full set of instructions or reasons why they have yet to contact you.

I honestly don't care. It won't do anything to the share price in the long run. I realized that my biggest concern about shorters is that they make money by attempting to drive the price down, and that seems inherently wrong.
I take solice in the fact that a lot of these SOBs are going to get burned when they are caught in a short position when a big announcement is made that drives the stock price through the roof.

Can't have a short squeeze without shorts

Not really.. they borrow your shares but don’t execute the short sale, then they wait for the good news and the price spike and when we take some profits that is when they execute the shorts.
So they time the short sale with our profit taking and it drives the price down. They are not stupid..

Some are, and even the smart ones get caught when they go to the well too often.
