Not surprising but I’m sure there will be a sell off for folks that don’t know the long game. The, continued, primary questions are going to be redomicile, uplist, and that first big revenue generating contract.


One simple perspective, they only need ~$20-25m to cover current opex is a pretty low bar from a gross revenue perspective.

Wasn't this in the last filing, as well? If so, at least it's still there. I expect we may see smaller contracts in the beginning.

I think the big contracts with companies like a top 10 automaker are going to take more time - they cannot design cars using graphene unless they know for a fact that the graphene will be available and that HGRAF can successfully scale up to meet their demand. It would not surprise me if there are no really large contracts until after Bellville is up and running.

A smaller company like SPARC technologies has less to lose, and more to gain by creating a product that gives them the competitive advantage they need to increase market share. They also have less leverage and probably want to secure an order before the big dogs take up all the supply and create a backlog.

That is a perfect example. We have disagreements on TD, and the moderators just let it slide and things go back to normal. Most of the time, doing nothing is the best thing to do. Just let disputes end organically.

If the moderators jumped in on every disagreement, then you would have arguments over the disagreements and how they should have been handled and whose fault it was...

Moderators should be seen and not heard...

Doesn't change the point. TD shows that you do not need to micromanage. If someone is a problem, they will get reported and the moderators will ban them. Even in TD. The moderators don't need to be in every discussion to settle every argument.

FWIW, I wasn't in the argument. I stood up for a guy who is arguably an a-hole, but he posted something negative about the HGRAF executive team got banned. I told the moderator that I thought he was too trigger happy, and should have let things settle down, and that more diversity of opinions is good.

He didn't like me questioning him.
